The ryokan's remote location allows for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with high-quality appliances such as a Dyson hairdryer. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering to drop guests off at nearby attractions. The shabushabu dinner is a delectable highlight and the private onsen rooms provide a relaxing experience.
The check-in process was slightly inconvenient, as the shuttle service was not available prior to the designated check-in time.

The scenery at the hotel was breathtaking, it was the perfect setting for our romantic getaway. Loved the cozy and luxurious atmosphere of the room. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, we particularly appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room. The private hot spring bath, though small, was a great addition to our stay, being able to soak in warm mineral water while enjoying the beautiful view was truly amazing.
It definitely impacted our mood before we even arrived at the hotel. the steep road leading up to the hotel made it difficult to walk around the area, we felt a bit trapped.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a beautiful blend of modern and traditional design. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and they helped us with transportation and even dropped us off at a nearby museum for free. The meals were exceptional and filling, and the variety across the two days we stayed was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the private baths which were perfect for a couple. This place is a hidden gem and a perfect way to unwind.
Nothing all good.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and hospitality. They even provided me with helpful traffic suggestions and picked me up from the nearby station when it was raining. The room was incredibly spacious and had a private outdoor bath with breathtaking mountain views. The bed was large and comfortable, and all the facilities in the room were brand new and well thought out. The breakfast and dinner served here were absolutely delicious, some of the best meals I've had in Japan. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, making me feel truly pampered throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service, rooms, and meals were all exceptional.

Spent Christmas at a lovely hotel in Hakone with friendly staff that went above and beyond. Meals were delicious and the location near attractions was convenient. The bath was relaxing and the private hot springs were easy to reserve.
The hotel was situated on an uphill road that required stairs to access, making it difficult for elderly guests or those with small children. without a car, options for transportation were limited.
